✨1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Bonnie Wild (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) for orders placed via the online shop and delivered to countries within Europe / the European Union.
✨2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
2.2 By completing the order process, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email.
✨3. Prices and Shipping Costs
3.1 All prices shown are final prices.
3.2 Shipping costs are charged as follows:
• CHF 15 shipping for orders below CHF 80
• Free shipping for orders of CHF 80 or more
3.3 Shipping costs are clearly displayed before the order is completed.
3.4 If, after a partial return, the remaining order value falls below CHF 80, the original shipping costs of CHF 15 may be deducted from the refund.
✨4. Delivery
✨4.1 Delivery is made to the European countries offered in the online shop.
4.2 Delivery times are stated on the product page and may vary depending on destination.
4.3 The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.
✨5. Payment
✨5.1 Payment methods available are displayed during checkout (credit card).
✨5.2 The order will be processed after successful payment.
✨6. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
✨6.1 Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
✨6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer or a third party receives the goods.
✨6.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller by a clear statement (e.g. email).
✨7. Consequences of Withdrawal
✨7.1 If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received, including the original standard shipping costs, without undue delay.
✨7.2 If shipping was free of charge, no shipping costs will be refunded.
✨7.3 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
✨7.4 The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back.
✨8. Return Shipping Costs
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or incorrect.
✨9. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• personalised products
• custom-made items
• goods made to the Customer’s specifications
✨10. Liability
The Seller is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, insofar as permitted by law.
✨11. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to consumer contracts within the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
